Privacy Policy
We value transparency and protect your personal data with care. This policy explains how SheetPilot Pro collects, processes, and safeguards information in line with the EU GDPR and the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

Services and Purposes
Google Fonts: We load fonts via Google Fonts using the ‘swap’ rendering mode. The fonts are provided by Google Ireland Limited. Technical connection data such as IP address and browser type may be transmitted to Google when fonts are requested. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional safeguards.
Supabase (hosting and database): Our backend infrastructure is operated through Supabase with data centers located within the EU. Supabase acts solely as our processor under a data processing agreement. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel of SheetPilot Pro.
OpenAI API: For AI-assisted features we transmit only the inputs that you choose to submit to the OpenAI API. We store responses in an audit trail to support troubleshooting and quality assurance. No automated decision-making occurs without meaningful human oversight.
Cookies and Local Storage
SheetPilot Pro uses essential cookies for session management, authentication, and secure service delivery. We may deploy optional analytics cookies to generate aggregated usage statistics. Personalization data such as recent projects can be stored locally in your browser (Local Storage). You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the service to function.
Legal Bases
We process personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in providing a secure, high-performing service). All processing activities also comply with the applicable provisions of Swiss data protection law (revDSG).
Your Rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing of personal data concerning you. Please send your request toinfo@sheetpilot.pro. We respond within the statutory deadlines.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland, the competent authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
No Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes. Transfers only occur when necessary to perform our contract with you, when we are legally obliged to do so, or when you have expressly consented.
Retention and Security
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. We apply technical and organizational measures such as encryption, access controls, and routine security reviews to protect your information against unauthorized access.
